How do I place an order?

What do I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will work with you to rectify the issue.
can i have an item shipped to me?
We currently only ship items within Australia, through Australia Post.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Modifications to orders may be possible. Please contact our customer service immediately if you need to make any changes.
How can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. Custom orders can only be cancelled prior to commencement of manufacturing. To cancel an order, please contact us to discuss your options.
